Saul Bass

Saul Bass was an American graphic designer and a filmmaker, probably best known for his film posters and opening sequences. During his 40 year career he created the opening sequences for films such as "James Bond", "Cape Fear", "Vertigo" and "Psycho". He has worked with Hollywood's biggest names such as Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick and Otto Preminger. He became well known in the film industry for creating  "The Man With the Golden Arm" by Otto Preminger in 1955, he has also worked on "Psycho" by Alfred Hitchcock.
                 Saul Bass was born May 8th, 1920 and died 25th, April, 1996 at the grand age of 75 years. In Bass's lifespan he was most famous for his film posters, title sequences and his corporate logos. He has made an astonishing 49 film opening's.
   Saul Bass' has influenced film titles and openings of our generation today such as X-men-first class.
